We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal details or narratives to any third-party corporate entities.
4. Intellectual Property and Digital Display
By submitting a narrative brief for a tattoo or commercial project, you acknowledge that the final visual interpretation is an original artistic asset created by The Exclave. Photographs of completed work on skin, paper, digital methods or commercial merchandise may be archived publicly on our digital platforms for portfolio representation unless a prior non-disclosure agreement is requested and signed.
5. Your Statutory Rights
In accordance with the Singapore PDPA, you retain the absolute right to access, amend, or request the complete erasure of your personal data from our central registry at any moment. For data inquiries, please file an official request via email.
