The Exclave functions as a workspace dedicated to custom storytelling and private tattoo sessions. By securing a tattoo session with us, you agree to the following operational boundaries:

1. The Archival Retainer (Deposits)

To officially secure your tattoo session date, a non-refundable deposit of SGD 300 is required upon confirmation. This deposit does not simply reserve a time slot; it covers the research, custom layout compositions and manual illustration hours executed by the archivist prior to your arrival. This amount will be deducted from your final session fee on the day of completion.

2. Rescheduling Adjustments

We recognize that schedules are subject to unexpected shifts. If you must reschedule, you must notify The Exclave via email or text at least 5 hours prior to your session’s commencement.

* Compliant Notice (Over 5 hours): Your deposit will be rolled over to a newly allocated session date (new session date must take place within 3 months of original session date).

* Non-Compliant Notice (Under 5 hours) / No-Show: The deposit is instantly forfeited. A new deposit must be made to schedule a new session date.

3. Arrival and Studio Protocol

Punctuality: Please arrive at your designated session time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notification disrupts the studio workflow and may result in immediate cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your deposit.

Studio Environment: To preserve a comfortable workspace for both artist and client, a maximum of one (1) accompanying adult companion is allowed inside the studio during your session.
