The composition of this piece spans across three layers, blending visual and conceptual elements from first aesthetic cues to its deeper narrative core:

None of us are a single, static thing. Our personalities span the whole spectrum, sometimes with aspects that come from opposite ends.
To honour that, Eunice wanted to bring her beloved Dungeons & Dragons character to life. On paper and in her mind, her character (Bunny) lives a split existence: a sweet, gentle rabbit by day, and an empowered, intoxicating stripper by night. Underneath this roleplay lies a deeper, personal truth—a quiet reflection of her own dual nature and the freedom that comes with embracing both sides.
To create this balance, we drew up a mirrored composition of twin rabbit figures, each occupying her own realm of existence. On the left sits the light: framed by soft iris blossoms, lush leaves and berries, symbolising innocence, grace, and gentleness. On the right emerges her alter ego: clad with a spiked collar and wrapped in dark, thorny branches, exuding inner confidence and dangerous charm.
By mirroring both sides equally, she reclaimed every part of her identity on her own terms—a visual reminder that softness and power don't just coexist; they simultaneously make each other whole.
“Bunny was born from a 3 year on-going DnD campaign. It’s about a rising sex worker who took to the stage. She could be very sweet or incredibly nasty. She, like me, has many facets and it’s amazing to discover more and more about her character as she grows. Bunny inspired me to be a better performer and reminded me of the importance of dancing for myself and no one else.
Bernice knew my brief very well and made it very easy to translate my dreams into reality. The whole tattoo process was almost painless apart from the last 2 hours. It’s like wearing art on your skin that’s the canvas. I always wanna come back for more!”
