Key notes/components of inspiration:

The composition of this piece spans across three layers, blending visual and conceptual elements from first aesthetic cues to its deeper narrative core:

The story

The sky and the earth

A home is not just a structure of concrete and wood; it is a sanctuary built upon the values and spirit of the one who lives in it.

Created as a bespoke housewarming gift for a dear friend, this hand-painted piece builds across two layers of silk organza, creating a subtle translucent depth where the elements seem to float and shift with the light.

At the heart of the design are some of her favorite botanicals: proteas intertwined with cotton plants and hovering above are two peregrine falcons caught in mid-flight. Known for their unmatched vision, fierce independence, and grace under pressure, the falcons were chosen as a quiet tribute to her character.

The piece serves as a small blessing for her new chapter — that no matter where the winds take her, home will always be a place she can return to.

Your story is worth telling.

Whether you’re marking a milestone of your own or looking to immortalise a cherished memory shared with someone you love, this is where it begins in pigments and form.
